assessment, planning, implementation and documentation.

Assure that services are in compliance with service and organizational safety standards, including but not limited to:
AORN, CMS, JCAHO, Core measures, National Patient Safety Goals, IHI initiatives and EOC guidelines.
Maintain state of perpetual JCAHO survey readiness.

Identify areas where performance improvement is needed; collaborates with staff to develop and implement PI
initiatives.

Represent nursing and patient care issues as an active participant in Hospital committees.
Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of acute care services
Recommend space and other resources needed for areas of responsibility. Participates in selecting outside sources
for needed services.

now in need of a new Clinical Manager of Home Health:

This position is responsible for the management and supervision of skilled nursing, home health aide and social
work staff.

Responsibilities include hiring, orienting, training, disciplining, supervising and terminating. Work is accomplished by
consultation with staff and direct observation of skills.

Primary responsibility is to assess quality of patient care, address training needs of staff and assure documentation
of care is appropriate. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the provision of comprehensive quality care
following state licensing and Medicare Certification Regulations. Work is supervised by the Director of Home
Health through daily contact, reports and verbal briefings.

Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred, or Associates Degree in nursing required. Experience in home health
